<p>The specific actions Hammurabi toke to provide for the good order of society and basic welfare of his subjects was making the Hammurabi's code. The evidence for class distiction was when in the rules there was a section titled " DEBT SLAVERY". This is when afamily is in debt and what they do is give a family meber away and they must stay there for 3 years in the house of the bondmaster and the fourth year they can go back home. The women were lower than the men as well as children. The children had to respect their fathers becasue if they didn't it said their hand would be cut off. Yes the decisions support the judgment because men had more rights than women had. Lastly, men were already known to be on a higher level than others since it was believed they already had many more responsiblities than women had.</p>
