The Columbian Exchange and Triangle Trade Affected current day food and culture because now foods have more varity and cultures' foods are mixed.

A family recipie is guacamole; The origins of this recipie comes from the Aztecs. My family does identify this recipie because my roots come from the Aztecs. Almost at every meal we use guacamole and other ingrediants that relate to the exchange of food. I believe people should have access to different foods because they try new things and a new culture. Food is an important factor to a culture because every culture has different norms and resources that affects their type of food.
