An incident of a man attempting to open the emergency door on an airplane in Alaska, took place on Monday, May 27. Twenty Three year old Alexander Michael Herrera was detained by police members after the flight as Herrera gave the Alaska airlines problems making unusual statements before the incident of trying to open the emergency door. The human right of Innocent Until Proven Guilty is being upheld and protected as Alexander Herrera made his appearance before a federal magistrate in Multnomah County (Oregon). I think enough is being done because there is nothing else that can be done besides giving Herrera a trial and trying to figure out why he did what he did. He cannot be placed in jail without hearing his side and argument for his actions.
