Day in West Palm Beach

We had a lot of things to do in a day. First, we went for a walk along Juno Beach. Then we visited a Loggerhead Turtle rescue/rehabilitation centre and then a wildlife rescue/rehabilitation centre.

This is a baby loggerhead turtle that was found inside a fish. He is still too small to be released

They think this one is from the Galapagos and got lost. He is underweight, so is being nursed back to health.

The resident cross-eyed opossum at the rescue centre. She was sleeping in her "bed" and just woke up. She lives there permanently.

Raccoon
This little one was raised by people before being surrendered to the centre. He is too tame to live in the wild, so he will live at the centre permanently and act as an ambassador animal.
