Dolphin Experience!

We drove to Anastasia Island today on A1A South to Marineland to the Dolphin center and we had an amazing dolphin experience where the trainers let us feed and play with Nellie, a 56 year-old dolphin and the oldest ever in captivity---most dolphins only live 25-30 years.
She was great. We went swimming at the beach nearby afterwards and then a huge lightning storm came from nowhere and pummeled us at the beach so we ran to the car and drove back to the Hilton where we swam in the pouring rain. Now we are getting ready to meet our hosts at the Columbia Restaurant in town. More later!
