Hello from Miami

Our plane arrived in Miami on Saturday evening from where I travelled to the Holiday Inn Motel for the evening - a motel with two towers! It's now Sunday morning and I am at the Miami airport, preparing for my flight to Guatemala City. It takes a while to negotiate the American travelling system, but once you understand it, it works well. However, one needs plenty of time at airports here. Airport security is very tight. There seem to be lots of people travelling in wheelchairs here - and consequently plenty of people looking after them, which is nice to see. We seem to be 21 hours behind Australian Eastern Time.
