Paris Bound Greetings!

So, I took a trip down to Palmer Lake to visit my dad yesterday. Once I got off I-25 onto a nice, quiet back road, it was bliss. It was great to see all the colts romping around so of course I couldn't resist pulling over for a quick visit😊

We had a bite to eat at a groovy little restaurant in town (The B&E). A bunch of his paintings are on display there; he's quite the local celebrity! After lunch we took a stroll around the lake then headed into Monument to see a project he's working on (The Wisdom Tea House). I left my camera in the car so I don't have any pix of that - but I'll be sure to get some next time because it's very cool. Tea is the new coffee😊

Anyhoo - we're off to have a Father's Day feast at Gary's mom's house; hope this finds you well and enjoying a beautiful Father's Day wherever you are!
