Wind Machines
A different style than we're used to...So we got up this morning and buttoned up everything again for the trek from San Francisco to Yosemite. Left about noon and ended up here around 5pm. Stopped along the way to adjust mirrors and refuel before heading to the "wilderness". We're in the Chukchansi Indian Casino parking lot tonight. It was a bit frustrating trying to get parked...they didn't have any signs, the place is literally out in the middle of nowhere at the top of a small mountain, so it took us a couple of "trys" to find the rv parking.
We drove through Modesto and Merced to get here, so saw lots of almond trees along the way 😊 As soon as we left the Bay area, it warmed up considerably!! I didn't see the temp when we arrived, but bet it was well over 90 degrees...I'm typing this after 9pm and it's still VERY warm out!! Truly amazing how the weather changes in such a short drive!!
