It took us an hour and a half on the metro and bus but we eventually found ourselves in the part of Los Angeles that you see on tv!
Santa Monica and Venice Beach truly are beautiful!! The pier was cool and after tanning (burning) it up on Santa Monica beach and cooling off in the sea we headed down to Venice Boulevard. It was awesome! There were so many quirky and unique things we wanted to bring home but given our luggage capacity, decided our clothes were more necessary for the next 5 and a half weeks 😞
Maggi – I’ve memorised some plaque designs that I would reeeeally like 😊
Don't worry mothers - we will put double the amount of sun cream on next time!
Barely able to lie down in the sauna of a room at our hotel we end our last day in L.A.
As you can see from the briefness of this, we did a lot of chilling today! Greyhounding it to Las Vegas tomorrow morning so we’ll check in with you all after getting to the hotel.

Santa Monica v Barry Island
Looks like home from home dudes. Not ! Oh of course except from Carlos pizza (gets everywhere) ! You guys look like your having such a great time annnnnd chilled. Beller's has signed for Cardiff and they beat Newcastle today 4-1 ! Bout time we returned the compliment. Not fussed on geordies ! However I wouldn't read too much into that. The sun actually shinned again here today that's 2 days in a row now..... So miracles do happen however rain is forecast tomorrow. That's when you guys will be in my most favourite city in the world... Viva las Vegas ! I am truly jealous now. You will have the most amazing time. Keep the updates coming. Love you loads xxxx
