After Spring Break, it was basically crunch time until the end of the semester. There were lots of long hours spent hammering out essays and preparing group presentations, but there was still time for some fun. This blog was created in 2007 when I headed to Perth, Western Australia for a year-long study abroad program. There are still lots of great stories and pictures from that trip, though I got way behind on my blogging and the stories end abruptly in September, 2007 (I was in Aus until Christmas Eve!) My shift at the info-booth was cut short when they started putting up police tape around us. There was a "mysterious package" which they had to investigate. Great end to the Festival! Sure helps my school shake its rep that it's in a rough area...*laughs awkwardly*

LA's newest transit line opened on Saturday, April 28th!!! It connects Culver City to downtown, with stops along the way at USC!! One day (projected 2016) it will go to Santa Monica. Why is that day not today?!?!
