Victory Ranch is a year round Bible camp and conference center. The camp is centered around a farm theme…they can have farm animals, hay rides, horseback riding, etc. This is on a more rustic side, with most activities outside. They work with a very limited staff, so they really rely on volunteer help. (But so did the other projects, it's just that Victory's needs are different. Boy, that cleared it up, didn't it?!) As we were getting our camp tour, Paul (the camp director~~a different Paul than Paul and Germaine) kept pointing out the projects that RVICS had done in the past.
