Victory Ranch is a year round Bible camp and conference center. The camp is centered around a farm theme…they can have farm animals, hay rides, horseback riding, etc. This is on a more rustic side, with most activities outside. As we were getting our camp tour, Paul (the camp director~~a different Paul than Paul and Germaine) kept pointing out the projects that RVICS had done in the past.
