Cat On A Hot Tin Roof

It was a chilly night in the desert 28 F (-2 C). I had a muffin for breakfast and Jan had mini wheat cereal. I was up on the roof at nine am putting tin on. I was all done by 11 am. You could say a lion on a hot tin roof since I am a bit big for a cat.

We went to visit our friend Lewis who has been quite ill with what he suspects is food poisoning. Jan made him toast and tea. He gave us a big water tank for water at our place and gave Jan a keyboard (piano). We went across the street from his place to meet his neighbors who come from Montana state. Then we went into town to hook up to WiFi and go to Family Dollar. We had fries and coffee at Canyon Cafe. I talked on the phone to my friend Jim who is in Kingman, Arizona and arranged to meet up with him later tomorrow. We will join him at a church revival tomorrow night, then bring him back with us for a few days.
