i finally got out of oaxaca!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i got to puerto escondido yesterday!!! the place is beautiful!! HUGE waves, nice beaches, good lookin women.... I LIKE.......
anyhoo, my euphoria will probably be short lived. as it turns out the fish purveyor i was gonna work with isnt gonna be able to provide monkfish and sole all year. i therefore probably have to go back to oaxaca to solve this problem and probably change a couple dishes on the new menu. AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
goddamnit!!!!! just when i thought id be on vacation for a bit... oh well.
so as it turns out (as you all may have deduced) im gonna be staying on another month. i know i know, its the third time i say this, but i swear it's last....maybe... 😉
im gonna stay on to implement the new menu. MY new menu!!!!! it seems almost too good to be true that los danzantes oaxaca will be serving MY food!!! YEAH BOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
oh well, while i wait for the owner to reply to my email, im gonna try to head to mazunte. a tiny beach town an hour form here that's supposed to be amazing. i'll be sure to let y'all know... 😉
