Merry Christmas

I'll take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and send my season's greeting. We are having a white Christmas and it's all very attractive. Tonight (Christmas Eve) we will join Pearl's family for a Chinese banquet downtown and I'm sure it wll be a very jolly occasion.

On Boxing day we will head up north to the family cottage where we will have to plod through thick snow for the last kilometre carrying our supplies of food and Christmas cheer behind us on a sled. It's always a good rustic backwoods experience but the cottage gets a bit more sophisticated each time we visit. This time (with a little extra work) we might have a sauna operating. Needless to say I'll be taking lots of photos.
