Our flight left Kansas City on time this morning. We had a brief stop in New Jersey and our plane was rerouted for unknown reasons ...and then... to my surprise and delight... we flew over New York City and Central Park and The Statue of Libery ~ well, I don't know how close we got but I know I could see all three from the plane window at various times! What a treat!
We arrived in Quebec to beautiful cooler, windy weather!! The minute we stepped out of the airport, I was in luv with this city!
We quickly took a taxi to our hotel and then started out on foot exploring this new city ~ anxious to see what all the Quebec 400th Anniversary festival had to offer!
