good times still here in QCboth Thel and Lou now speaking with a definite accent we just can't help it.....

Forgot to tell you all that the city built special high fountains for the draft horses to drink from - lou impressed also because horses have one day on and one day off ...... and a vetchecks them each day - lou happy-thel thinks she is in disneyland...

Lou and thel very happy with all the colours of the houses and both bought paintings with lots of colour in fact yesterday was a big day for the girl - 6 hours of walking and a lttle bit of eating and alittle bit of retail therapy... really great city to walk around and so much to see at every single corner - truly every corner - met a nun on one corner ...

the parks are so green but we were shown where the kids taboggan down - it would certainly be exceptional city when covered with snow....spent ages in one of the many beaut parks feeding squirrels - too cute and very smart they know when lights have changed and when to cross the road ....cute

tax system does our head in - our system so good - also we are so pleased that we don't have 1 and 2 cent pieces anymore - they are a pain and must weigh old ladies down ...

modern art museum - hmmmmm - there is a connection there that Lou is missing - thel got it yesterday and lou ca only wonder where thel's head is at....

picked up black ford 4x4 today- we are on the road again - managed to get back to b & b only because it is on a hill and there are some seriously tall buildings near us - we just followed them home!!!

went for first drive out to isle of orleans - and it was raining but the views still made us go wow... had pork, elk, vennison and chickenpie for lunch and listened to piano accordian and spoon playing - very toe tapping - Rae woud have loved it -

only one sleep lef here at b & b - thel having fun watching french tv shows la law in french - is just wrong and she watched a cooking show in french last night.... lou tucked up in bed with cold .....

sounds like you are having a fabulous time, don't worry about us, at all. the food sounds delicious not to mention all the sights. i hope by the time you get back you will be able to speak quite fluent french and baffle us with your new found language! hockey grand finals today, dulcie played and so did marg later on, not sure how they went. collingwood won their semi final today, most important, as marie was a die hard collingwood fan! all is well on the home front. we have been to sydney and michael is happy with the doctors recommendations, no surgery for now. flit has exams and starts yr 12 next term!! eek! continue to have lots of fun, love sue and flit xx
