Today we travelled along the Gaspé coast to the Percé Rock which is a very impressive geological feature. Along the way there were many outcroppings and cliff edges.

At Percé we also discovered it was the sight of the filming of the Maison du Pêcheurs. This film was about 4 local young men who eventually went on to join the FLQ. They were convicted in the kidnapping and murder of James Cross and Pierre Laporte.

Our destination for today is Bathurst which is a fairly long drive and also involved a change to Atlantic time.

We did manage to get our taste of lobster at a small takeout type restaurant.
