Grouse Mountain

Well, the weather was so good yesterday, we revised our plans and went up Grouse Mountain instead. We took the cable car up (much to Craig's disgust!) and then spent a good couple of hours wandering around in the snow, watching the skiers and snowboarders and generally enjoying the magnificent views. If we ever have any doubts about why we might want to live here, we just need to take a trip up the mountain to remind ourselves - the photos really don't do it justice. We followed our trip with a stroll down to the Cleveland Dam and we quickly popped into the Salmon Hatchery before a fast dash home to pick up our tickets for the Ice Hockey Game (yeah, I know, who would have thought that Craig & I would be Ice Hockey spectators). It was fantastic! Great atmosphere. AND the Vancouver Canucks beat the Minnesota Wild 4:3 in extra time...
