Our Main Street - Not NYC BroadwayOur Main Street - Not NYC BroadwayOur Main Street - Not NYC Broadway

It can be busier than seen here but very sedate compared with NYC.
Hello everyone. Yesterday was a day of unpacking and appreciating our own home town and area. I'm going to send a number of local pictures. It is time for our green grass to turn brown and crops to ripen and days to shorten into fall. We have had a cool front pass through leaving lingering showers and much cooler temperatures. Today it will be +18 C and tomorrow more sunshine and +21 C.

In contrast to some of the spectacular sights we have witnessed in the last two weeks, my pictures today will be rather dull to most. But we live in a treasured area, ceratinly not without its chalenges, but one of the choice areas in all the world. This fact is reinforced to us the more we travel. We appreciate everywhere we go and the fine people we meet. They become part of the fabric of our lives. But we do like home and the folks we know so well here!
