We are now in Italy, in a small town called Lucca, one hour from Florence. We arrived late last night, after 3 weeks in Israel, which were spent mainly seeing family. Since I can't hug you - all of you - live, I'm sending you hugs via space. We had a wonderful time with you and the whole family - a truly happy time. Happy (belated) birthdays
Sorry it has taken us so long to reply. Your pictures really captured the joy of your visit, and boy do the men in your family have a strong genetic stamp from your grandfather!! The birthday cake looks good to the kids. What flavor was it? If it was Nesya' birthday, she'd prefer chocolate. Did you manage to blow all the candles out? Imagine when you have to deal with 120 of them! Selilah says Happy Birthday to Maytal, and may she have many more slices of cake in her lifetime! Everybody was impressed with Amit's spider. He'll have to teach us how to do that when he returns. The museum looks fun. I wish we could see it, says Nesya. The flowers in the museum were very beautiful, and Nesya wishes she could see them with her very own eyes, though Shakked description made us feel like we were there. In all of the pictures Maytal is a cutie-patootie!
