In the article, Bangladesh government without prior permission from factory owners, when they raise the minimum wage for workers. That were paid to sew clothing bound for global retailer, making it the worst disaster in the history of the global garment industry. The Cabinet apprroved of the Labor Act, which the government was doing it for the welfare of the workers. many garment workers have been killed in factory fire and building collapses in Bangladesh because of the lack of emergency exits and where not legally built.

No, human rights were not violated because the workers in factory are giving a higher pay due to the lack of rights given in the work place.

I think i would have given the works a higher pay as while because how and what happens at the factory, however, something should be done about the factory safety for the people.
