1. I would live in the old world because they have a variety of things that people can survive on. They have more meat, vegtables, and fruit than the new world.

2. This is a family recipe that my family make on special holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving which is Buttermilk Rolls.

• 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cups butter
• 3 eggs
• 2 packages yeast
• 6 cups sifted flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda melted butter

Scaled butter milk, add sugar, salt and butter. stir until mixed, cool to lukewarm. Add eggs, stir in well. add yeast, stirring until dissolved. Add baking soda and stir well. Add half of flour, beat after each additon until flour leaves side of the bowl. Turn out on floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic. Grease bowl and place dough in bowl. Roll dough around in bowl until greased. Let it rise until double in size. Punch down. Pat it out or roll out and cut place butter on top and fold in half. Place on cookie sheet and let it rise. Bake at 400 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes or until brown on top.

This recipe represents the Old world because they have more of the ingreadients that is in theis recipe in the old world.
