Itinerary - Prague - Budapest - Paris Etc..

Well we have 3 weeks in April to hit a few European cities, East and West and would be interested to hear opinions on the following ?

Fly Paris from Sydney. Stay 4 nights and maybe take 1 day trip outside Paris (?).

Undecided, either flight or train (through French Alps) to Zurich/Lucern. 1 night in Lucern.

Either overnight train to Vienna or plane to Munich (?). Train to Prague from either Munich or Vienna, after 1 night in either city.

Prague 3 nights, then train to Vienna where we can stay a few nights or go straight to Budapest and stay in Vienna upon return. The hydrofoil at least one way would be the go here.

Back in Vienna a quick flight to Rome for 4 or 5 nights. With a car hire adventure and if possible day trip train to either Naples or Florence.

From Rome fly to Athens for 5 nights. Aim to spend 2 nights seeing some Islands.

Back to Sydney via Singapore 1-2 nights.

We still have around 4 nights spare and would be interested to hear advise on any aspect of our plan 😊
