Yo Yo,
After San Sab it was off to Pamplona for the San Fermin Festival which includes the running of the bulls. We were working here for a company called PP Travel and we basically spent a day and a half setting up tents, then served breaky to the campers for the next 10 days.
San Fermin Is amazing and is fulled with tradition to make up one massive 10 day and night party, one of the more known traditions is the running of the bulls, which was awesome but the opening ceremony for me was the most amazing. 14000 people all dressed in white gathered in a very small square with a red bandana round our wrists and alot of cheap champagne and red wine. As time went by, we were absolutly soaked in booze, Samantha got a full bottle of red wine poured over her head which was awesome and summed up what this place was like. All the bottles end up broken on the ground, so we were standing on 3 inches of broken glass, squashed with 14000 others like the most epic mosh pit youve ever been in. At times my feet didnt touch the
ground for a good 30 secs - it was seriously scary. Then at 12 oclock everyone chants San Fermin, San Fermin, San Fermin, and raises there bandanna in the air - awesome - Anyway I totally cant explain this and dont have many photos but I hope these do it justice.
