Ferry from Rosslare and Fishguard
We organised with the hotel for them to do our bfast at 6:45 as bfat was included in the price and they did not start doing bfast till 7:30. As it was the start of Sumer time in Ireland and the UK we had to move our clocks forward 1 hour at midnight. Having to get up early in the morning we moved our clocks forward before going to bed including my mobile phone clock. There was no alarm clock in the room so I set the alarm on my phone for 6:15. The alarm went off, we had a shower and headed for bfast. The guy from reception how said he would cook us bfast was not there. So we waited a bit. While waiting in the lobby we noticed all the very drunk Irish people still drinking in the bar. After waiting for 15 mim we decide to use the phone at reception that said to call if there was no one at reception. The guy from behind the bar came out and said he did not know about the arrangement we had made for bfast but that he was
a chef and would cook us a fantastic bfast. So we ordered bfast, then the guy from the desk came in and said you guys are early. I looked at my watch and it was 6am not 7am as it should have been. My phone said 7am so it must have moved forward and hour for summer time! So we were got up an hour earlier then we needed to but that ment we were in plenty of time for the ferry and were second inline to get off. When we got on the Ferry the Australian F1 race was on so we got to see it on the big screen. It is always fantastic to see stuff from home when you are away and being in to motor sports this was so much fun. When there was only two laps to go the captain made an announcement about us leaving port during this announcement Mark Webber the Aus driver crashed his red bull car (the one I talk about in my need for speed blog). Mark got back on the track and came 9th instead of the 6th he was coming at the time of the crash but that
was not very good considering he had made front row on the grid along with the other red bull driver who got pole position and did not finish the race. It is a bit sad that the Ausi did not do better on his home track. The race made the trip a bit faster. When we got to Fishguard I was worried about going though immigration as I was given suck a hard time when I got in to England, I printed out my updated Round the word fligts and everything. Guess what there was no Immigration there they did not even stop us when we drove off the boat just waved us on so I did not get my passport stamped out of Ireland or back in to the UK. We drive to the resort we stayed at in Wales as they had some mail for us including the rego papers for our car that we need to sell now we are back in the UK. We then drove on to our resort in Kent. We arrived at 6pm and were told that welcome meeting had just started so we rushed over and then we went our room. Later
we went and got some food at the local shops.
