Just when you think you have seen it all the highlands of Scotland arrive, they are just magnificent, we have traveled up the west side accross the top and are now in Edinburugh. We traveled through through the highlands in typical Scottish weather, Scotch mist they call it, just added to the atmosphere and made it more awe inspiring. By ferry we travelled to the Isle of Skye where we stayed in a hotel that was built 600 years before OZ was discovered so old are these areas, back across the land bridge and down through the highlands past where the battle of Culloden took place - very sombre scene. We were entertained at a Scottish night and Deb got to follow the piper carrying the Haggis which we all then sampled not too bad in fact delicious washed down with a nice complimentary scotch. Last night we went to the Military Tattoo, very spectacular and quite a moving experience Did a tour Of Edinburgh castle and the city another place full of interesting buildings and history. Deb and Laurie have colds, as have half the bus seems once it starts everyone get it. Glad you are well Lee and exited about Dales new car we are off to York tomorrow and that is out last night of the tour. London an Paris beckon. Thanks again for your comments more soon sorry about pics it seems every inernet place is different, too difficult

Did someone say scotch?
Wow, that's amazing, a hotel built 600 years before Oz was discovered. Still, for the price your paying you would think they could find something a little more modern. We went to the Gym for our first weight session tonight. Leigh is celebrating by lying on the loungeroom floor and moaning about her back or something, it's hard to tell over the sound of my heart trying to burst it's way out of my chest. God we're fit. What we wouldn't give for something as pleasant as a cold. Leigh must be feeling better, she keeps correcting my spelling as I write this. My very own personal spellcheck. That's all from us, must go lapse into a coma. Leigh moans her love. Dale and Leigh.
