The Wedding

Hiya!

I'm up in Scotland now - It's Bloody FREEZING! It's supposed to only get to 5 degrees today. I'm cold... Spring my ass.....

Well on Saturday it was the wedding! It was fantastic. Mom looked stunning and everyone thought she looked beautiful. Will was aparantly quite nervous on the day - but mom was calm as anything! RJ and I were running late getting ready as usual and the limo had arrived to pick us up while I was still doing her makeup and we hadn't even gotten dressed yet so he went and picked up the other girls from Mellisa's and came back for us. The photographers were fabulous. I'm certain that they've done a fabulous job but we won't be able to see the piccies for a few weeks yet...

The Ceremony was beautiful! Mom and Will looked so happy. After the Ceremony we had some photos taken outside the church and then we went off to the reception. This time in the limo it was me, Rebecca, Nanna, Mrs R (Will's mom), Coutney (RJ's friend) and Jake and Riley (Vanessa's boys 7 & 3). The boys were gorgeous! They had little suits that matched Will's suit and we all had a great time in the limo to 'their' pub (the pub is owned by their dad Mathew).

The reception at the Windmill was really nice. Because Matthew owns the pub it felt really comfortable and familiar - a great place for a reception! The meal was really nice and we all danced the night away to a fabulous performance by 2 jazz singers who were gorgeous (but unfortunately married). The act was a surprise present for mom and Will from his sisters (and I managed to keep it a secret for a whole year! - for those of you who don't know I always accidently let secrets slip)...
