We leave tomorrow for a six week early summer trip. We are staying in the U.K. with a visit to Scotland, particularly the Shetland and Orkney Islands and then a journey along the Northern and Western coasts of the mainland.

The ferries we have booked are as follows:

24 May Aberdeen to Lerwick in Shetland

05 June Lerwick to Kirkwall in Orkney

18 June St Margaret’s Hope in Orkney to Gills Bay on the mainland
