The dominant religion in England is, in fact, Christianity. England was introduced to Christianity by the Roman. The time the Roman introduced England with Christianity was during the 200’s - 300’s C.E. The way they made them Christians was by leaving missionaries. During 664, England people embraced the Christianity religion.

Before, Christianity was not the largest religion in England. Paganism was the religion in ancient England. Paganism believed in more than one god, which, Christianity has only one god. Paganism spread all around the world and was believed to be witchcraft. Anglo-Saxons was the person who introduced them to the religion.
