To 3/4G and friends

The past few days we have been off the canal boat and hired a car. In the car we drove to Banbury, Windsor, Oxford and Stratford upon Avon.

At Windsor we went to Legoland . Firstly we went on a lego jetski ride, then we went on a lego submarine that went underwater. We saw lots of sharks, fish and squid. Next we went to Miniland where there were lots of lego models of cities around the world. The cars, trains and boats moved. I was sad not to see Sydney Harbour there. Then we went to a Star Wars exhibition. Here there were lots of moving lego. There were also lots of other rides we did not go on.

At Stratford we saw William Shakespere’s house and in Oxford we went to the University where some scenes and film clips from Harry Potter were shot.

Harry

Harry’s Mum’s note. Harry is also learning about religion. The main religion in the United Kingdom is Anglican. For many years only people who were Anglican could study at Oxford University but now anyone from any religion can study there if they are good enough.

PS to Jessie - I do have one lego minifigure with me called Buzz the photo family "fly" who we have been taking photos of everywhere we visit. Harry

Legoland
I'm glad to hear you finally got to visit Legoland! There was a pop-up Lego forest at Coogee Beach shortly after you left on your trip and I thought of you. It sounds like there are lots of interesting exhibits at Legoland, but like you, I am disappointed that Sydney Harbour is missing. I'm a little jealous that you got to visit William Shakespere's house. He is such an important part of our literary history. Eat some Yorkshire pudding for me and take lots of pictures. Love, Kerensa

Sounds awesome Harry. How big was the lego stadium (if you know!)?Did your minifigure make friends with the Lego soccer players at Legoland? Are you going to have dinner with the Queen soon? Can't wait to hear about more of your adventures soon!!! Z &T :)
