So we're on our way down on the train. We've eaten our picnic in true Yorkshire style and i'm onto my second cup of tea. Many more to come!

The run went well. Liz managed to nearly catch us but not quite. Poss the pre-running meal of chinese take out and wine wasn't ideal

I'm sure most of you have seen the earthquake news. As far as we know the flights are still running though our youth hostel has problems with electric and water! Oh well we'll make the best of it - as long as there's a bar open we'll be happy!
