Catching the tram to Sheffield.
Day 3 in Sheffield; we decide to venture into town on the tram system. Alison and Peter pointed out shops, cafés and most importantly pubs on our tutorial last night so we were of course supremely confident.

Ha Ha!

We took the laptop in because there must be an Internet café somewhere in town (you’d think)! Starbucks was the only place we found, so we settled in for a while of blogging and catching up with emails. The connection was so slow, and expensive, we gave up after an hour or so. During this time I found a tourist information centre and a map.

There was another internet place we discovered - a bar, but opening times were different, we will try that tomorrow.

We found a pub for lunch (not the Frog and Parrot we wanted to find) and had a traditional English pub lunch. England hasn’t yet brought in laws about smoking and food, so it was a yucky smoky pub!
