Intl'l Party @ DogmaIntl'l Party @ DogmaIntl'l Party @ Dogma

(L-R): Tasha, Jana, Ruth and Eva
On the agenda for today:
-attend Nottingham: Making of a Provincial City
report: an interesting class, although the students are basically going to teach the entire class which is normal, I guess, except that the prof isn't going to lecture on anything, which is quite odd. We do however get to take a walking tour of the buildings in Nottingham with the prof who was originally scheduled to teach the class.
-ultimate frisbee practice indoors
report: this was my first indoor frisbee practice ever which was really cool and interesting. The game is pretty much the same with a few minor adjustments--the stall count is decreased from 10 to 8 seconds and there are only 5 players per team on the court at one time rather than 7 in outdoor ultimate. Overall it's pretty fun and a much faster paced game than outdoors, thus we play quite a few games at tournaments (around 8-10).
-International "reunion" party @ Dogma
report: The party was pretty fun and okay. We also went to Faces, a nightclub, which was alright but the DJ was horrible. You really can't mix Bob Marley and rap in the same set one right after the

other. It's a horrible combination and thus we made our exit quickly after. It was pretty fun but not the greatest night ever.

Thus ended my Thursday.
