A day beside the seaside
Sheringham, Norfolk.
Spot Chris' parents. Geo: 52.9428, 1.20852
They say mad dogs and Englishman go out in the midday sun and Sheringham certainly confirmed this. Top less pastey white bodies scattered across the pebbled beaches. A sea of OAP's filling up the narrow pavements and generally getting in the way of anyone else actually trying to get anywhere.
A quaint little seaside village with all manner of charity shops selling bric-a-brac and other junk no one really wants. Despite this I like the place.
Great lunch at the crown overlooking the North Sea sea wall. Prawn baguette for me and roast beef sarnie for Chris. All washed down with a pint of Stella.
washing done and ready to pack for Frankfurt tomorrow.
