Hey all, well im typing this from england!! yep im back, i left you when we were just trying to sort out a way to get home as we have no pennies and decided to come back for the summer. Well we finally got it sorted and yesterday we touched down at heathrow!!
It took all week getting tickets sorted....cheques weren't clearing then flights were unavaliable...but finally friday was the day for us and the flight came up...so there we were sat on the plane heading home...after 6 and a bit months away!! it didnt seem real but it felt the right thing to do, i keot calmn on the outside but i was soo excited on the inside .
We flew to auckland from cairns and then stopped in hong kong before gettihng to heathrow!! a long way and about 30hrs in a plane!!
The first flight was fine and got us into auckland in plenty of time for our flight to hong kong...but we were pleasently surprised when we saw our flight was earlier than we thought...we didnt know at this point we were going on the hong kong one and just picked the first one to london (via LA) on the board and kept waiting for that one and when it said go to gate whatever we did...there we were stood at the gate for completly the wrong flight!!! the woman even checked my ticket and waved me through!! i was only stopped as the man told nat she was on a diferent flight!! io would have been sat on someones knee if we had got on the plane!! Anyway 2 hours later the correct flight came in...and there we were sat comfortably (well as best as i could be in the middle seat in economy!!)...quite a few aeroplane meals later and alot of films later...we arrived in london (after the short break in hong kong!!) i was sooo excited when we were waiting to get off the plane (typical the only we have to wait is when we get back to england!!) definatly the right choice to come home . We got our bags and passports checked and all that which we are dab hands at now..and then off to arrivals..we said our goodbyes nat was going to kings cross i was going to deans...and that was that our first half of the trip over and done and sat here writing this it feels like we've never been away!!! I met dean at the airport for hugs and kisses and then im having a weekend in the lovely Swanley before heading home ....my adventures just begun ...i#ll keep you all updated with what im up to...so until then...bye for now [😊[ x x x
