Hey guys,

Well after settling down from a busy month or so, we've had some time to take some pics of our new digs. Its been a good place to live so far, with a clean kitchen and easy going people. Even though there are around 13 of them, we only ever see around 4 or 5 due to the magic of shiftwork.

We've got to know a few of the people there now, and have organized a night out at the local pubs, as well as a possible trip to one of the smaller local football games which should be fun.

Last weekend we headed to London for a day or so with Brock and Shelly from Nyora back home, and we had a blast! We even managed some beautiful weather on the sunday, which for this time of year is very special.

We spent a bit of time going round the sights of London, and went out for a nice meal and a show. We saw the Lion King - a musical based on the movie based on the life of a lion, growing up to be the King Lion, otherwise known as the Lion

Just big enough! we are soon to get a washbasin (as housing laws dictate)
King. There was plenty of singing and dancing, with lots of puppets and puppeteers who also danced and sang. We didn't have the greatest seats being on the side, but we had a ledge to lean on and room to move.

On Sunday morning we went to see the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace. There was music from a marching band and offical royal looking people in suits holding babies. It started out a day of roaming around, checking out the parks, squares and the river Thames. We finished the day with a pint of real ale at a pub and headed back to Manchester. Brock and Shelly have now moved onto a 12-day tour of europe, covering places like Switzerland and Paris. It was great to catch up with them, and we hope they are having a great time now on their tour!

Anyway onwards we go, back to work until the next trip..

Till next time,

Hey hey
Hi Guys, Love getting the updates from you, so I thought I would reciprocate: No news here. :) Ha! Nah, things are looking good, not trying to jinx myself, but it seems that I will soon be promoted to assistant registrar of Old Parliament House, fingers crossed for me. Got a big Aussie Day lined up, listening to the Hottest 100 on JJJ and as usual drinking a few coldies. Take care love Al
