info Ben and Stacey,
I am an American living in the Sanxenxo area. I was wondering if you could pass along any contact information for teaching positions. I would greatly appreciate any help that you may have to offer.
Graciñas,
Tyrone Ashton
I recognise the restaurant Brendan Hi Brendan, I think that restaurant is called the watermill. It´s been renovated. The food is top quality and one of the most reasonably priced I´ve ever been too in the area. It´s not in Vigo itself....can´t quite remember the name of the area....out towards Redondela I think.
Lovely Restaurant Hi guys, great blog I'm from NZ and teach English in Vigo. I wonder if you can tell me where that "lovely" restaurant is?
Great blog, enjoy your travels
Brendan.
Hello guys, looks like you're having lots of fun, that's great! We also had a "Oktoberfest" here in Brisbane, but it had so much in common with German's Oktoberfest as Bairnsdale has in common with Brisbane :)))
wandering minstrals Hi guys,
Once again your adventures have been truely inspirational and of course entertaining. The world is a funny place; a good friends og mine from here in Canberra just arrived back in Australia after a 6 week stint in London and Paris. It would seem everyone I know who is overseas somehow manages to be in the same place as eac other. You and Stacey have done almost the exact same trip as my cousin and her boyfriend have, just one week behind...actually you were both in wales at the same time over Easter!! It's too much for me!!!!
Hope you continue to enjoy your trip - careful on the vino.
Love al
long time no blog Hey guys, cheers for finally putting something new up for us poor life-less buggers to read. I bet Glastonbury was smash-tastic - wish I was there too...one day.....
No real news from the front to report, it's just been a little chilly here in our nation's capital and i'm getting a bit sick of scraping ice from my windscreen every morning. Work is going well and I am loving, loving , loving living by myself!!!! Can't wait to see you both when you get back. Enjoy the big Kahuna - see you on the flip side brudda.
Love al
P.S. make sure you take that "fella" back from where you found him - return all wild animals to their natural habitat.
Home for a day Hi! Yes we're feeding the Jim for a day or two, the dog is lovin' it The rain has stopped for a minute or two. I spoke to Ruth of Everton they had a good time with y'all. All's well hope yours is too.Love, folk@home
Wow, wow, wow. Just been on school hols and thought I'd update myself on your massive journey over there. You guys have done so much and seen so many things - do you realise how lucky you are? What an adventure - sounds like you've done it really well.
Looking forward to reading the updates from the 'Big Kahuna'. I must say, reading all the other entries has been very inspiring. Thanks! ;-)
Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy and don't forget to keep us all updated.
Cheers guys,
Zoe and Dave
Sorry we were late! Hey, thanks so much for coming up to the stone circle on the sunday night at glastonbury to see us. We were late due to extremely adverse weather conditions (and, ahem - a couple of pretty drunken band members!) But we did make it in the end, and made the few people still up there smile with some en-mass renditions of white stripes and michael jackson tunes. Keep the kazoo-faith and hope to catch you at another festival in the future! x
Hello Hi you two, hope the tunnel trip went well. Just heard on the weather tonight that it was the coldest June on record in Australia. Hope you are warm and toasty over there. Lamb marking is almost over with a 140% lambing ratio. Must go away every year for lambing.
Take care.
Mum and Dad
You spent Easter in a paddock and so did I Hi Guys!!!
How different can two experiences get?? I was in Byron Bay over Easter - at the Byron Bay Blues and Roots Festival. Noise, people, music, beer, beach. Was absolutely fantastic!!! The only thing our Easters had in common was that we both spent time in a paddock!!
Can't wait 'til you come back!
Love ya lots! Al
Loovly!! We caught about 4kgs of prawns beautiful !and we saw a fishing boat stuck sideways in the middle of the Entrance very silty at the moment, then we thought we heard deer splashing about but t'was dolphins which were fishing in the shallows, they jumped almost out of the water then flapped down to collect the fish, the dolphins were everywhere around us it was dark, quite weird but amazing!they sounded like somebody with a cold and a wheeze trying to swim. 'It's quarter to 3 and there's noone in the place' gotta go to bed before I write something sily Toodles and Love to youboth Take care.
