It really can be so disruptive and with at least another inch over night we have to wonder how on earth we are going to get around the country.
I'm considering horseback right now as all modern forms of transport seem to grind to a halt at the first snow flurry. Amazing that countries such as Russia and Canada cope so much better.

Train to Liverpool street delayed half hour. Due to snow? No, they appear to have lost the driver so we just sit & wait and play angry birds.

Arrived safely in London, checked into hotel then went for lunch and some DVD shopping at HMV which is closing due to digital downloads. Shame really.

So much has changed here in the last 15 months and its surprisingly clean and quiet. Must be the weather with a max of 1 c and dropping to -1 tonight.

Catching up with friends in the retro bar at 6pm and really looking forward to it. Only around the corner thankfully as my ears are so cold.
