Today I wanted to spend some time exploring the iconic sights of the Tower Bridge area. I had my guide book with me to make sure I didn't miss anything and so that I knew what I was looking at.

This is a former brewery from the 18th century and is now a pub.

The iconic red structures associated with London- the phonebox and mailbox.

14 The Lock
The lock that leads to the River Thames.

15 St Katharine's Dock
The building is called Commodity Quay and has offices, restaurants and bars inside.

16 Colorful History
Each of these plaques describes the history of the St Katharine's area.

17 Bridge
