The trip home was much longer than when we came, which was a combination of our leaving from Capetown and flying against the jet stream. K and A transited in London, and they literally just made their connection. As they were nearing the gate, K heard them announce that the flight was closing, so she had Anna run ahead and let them know they were coming. With them just making the flight, it reminded me of our close call last year in Edinburgh. We have to stop doing that.
