HONG KONG TO LONDON

Long day to day. Started at 5am - then a 13 hour flight to London. Very long flight. Went the long way round, up to Russia and across St Petersburg, then down through Denmark to London.

All good though. We found it easy getting through Heathrow. Our oyster cards worked well, jumped on the underground straight through to Earls Court, then just had to walk 300m to hotel. 18 deg. with rain. We now have an umbrella with us at all times. Just had a pub meal down the road and an english ale. Off to explore the city tomorrow.
