It looks like England does possess her share of Spanish puentes. The exact translation in this case would be Bank Holidays, which for instance in May there are two , on the 7th and also the last Monday in May. That equals 3 days off!

So today early in the morning we hopped on a bus and got off at South Kensington Station where there are plenty to see and the area is gorgeous!! You can find anything your heart might desire in South Kensington, from world-renowned designer label fashion stores, the famous outrageously expensive Harrods to Wellington Arch, Science Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum. South Kensington's got it all, in terms of fashion and knowledge.

We wondered around and reached the conclusion that Harrods is pretty much just another museum, as the prices are exorbitant!!. We went next to Convent Garden which is another excellent hang-out place, with just as many fancy stores, street performers and mimes entertaining people.

Lots of fun and a delicious sweetcorn and chicken pizza to wrap up a cloudy, but otherwise beautiful day.
