A gift for our Mary?

On Tuesday night we again headed to Shepards Bush to see the Socceroos play Denmark. Now, there has been a lot of talk in the media about who 'our Mary' should support, given her new role - the most interesting suggestion being that, as Tassie is not really part of Australia, she should have no qualms about supporting Denmark.

As it turns out, not even 'our Mary's' support could have saved the Socceroos from their 3 - 1 defeat. Maybe something to do with the large number of 'star' players missing from the pitch?

Still had a great time, while the Aussies could not get the goals where it counted, they had lots of possession, and we won the second half. What is it they say - you are only as good as your last half....?
