The journey begins

Wow its actually time to leave... I can´t beleive it.
5 weeks ago the decision was finally made to go to South America for 3 months. After careful planning (NOT!!!!) the plan extends to 5 months.

So its been a month of allot of work... finalising our job, finalising our house (am I sick of talking to the customer retention teams of all the organisations that you just want to phone and cancel the service they provide for your house.... the pain the pain), packing the house and moving all the boxes to our dear friends Mr and Mrs Bridges basement (all praise to Cal; for he has the might and the power of the basement ... love ya mate), finding a place to store the car (Chris - ya are a Legend!!!). Oh and the last 2 days of cleaning the house so we would get all of our bond back.... so we said our goodbye to Cal and Cath, dropped the car off at Chris and Shirley´s, got a lift to Oakwood tube and thought.... shit I´m starving and the tube is going to take 1hour and 40 mins ... lets get a curry. So after a few beers and curry we headed to the tube for our journey to Heathrow terminal 3 and our 1 night at the Hilton!!!! Oh yeah... thats the way to travel
