Mind The Gap

We have successfully made the Jump! We are officially across the pond. So far the English have provided endless entertainment with their silly customs such as driving on the wrong side of the road and terms like Piccadilly and Cockfosters.

Because both Jackie and me were exhausted after our plane flight we split the day sightseeing and napping at our hostel. Our hostel is in Russell Square and is right smack in the center of town. We have easy access to the tubes and can get around very easily to all the places we want to go.

I had my first english pint in a pub last night as well as fish and chips for dinner. The London Underground is also the coolest city subway I have ever encountered. We leave for Paris tonight in about 10 hours. We will update with pictures as soon as we get more power for my computer since we have no English power adapters. Until then...
