Slept until 7.15 yay the best sleep so far !!! Down for breakfast and off on our Plymouth harbour cruise (Devon) at 8:45 had a neat ride of an hour out on deck around the harbour ….saw all the naval sites and citadel. The bus met us at Salt Ash and onto a little seaside village called Looe in Cornwall …unfortunately quite a damp day but village was still quite busy ….we had a traditional Cornish pastie and coffee didn’t think much of the pastie…. had a wander around and got lots of photos of quirky bent houses and little doorways ….back on the bus 12.15 and on to Palmero another seaside village nestled in a valley which runs down to the sea they had the doors shut to the harbour as it was to rough ….all the boats sitting on the hard due to low tide ….Once again quirky old little cottages, bars and eateries and general village stores ….(cream tea is apparently tea and scones with jam and cream (Cornwall the jam goes on first then the cream and Devon the cream first then the jam on top). Made our Way back up the hill to the bus at

Navel Citadel1:45pm and made the hour drive back to the hotel in Plymouth a real primary industry for seafood here… had a rest got organised and went down to the bus 5 pm for Our Dartmoor dinner excursion ….out through the Dartmoor National Park saw the Dartmoor ponies and through Princetown past the prison … collected Emma the daughter of Dartmoor our local guide and onto a little pub/inn out in the sticks had a lovely meal around the fire with Spooky tales told by Emma…. A great evening and company !!!! Back to the hotel by 9 pm and crashed ready to attack it again tomorrow at 7 am.
