Georgia - A beautiful Swiss Day

After breakfast Martina came and met us, and we all went in her car up to Valle Versasca. First stop was the "diga" or dam, which James Bond jumped off in Golden Eye. We then drove up to the beautiful Ponte Romantica, enjoying seeing the ice on all the rocks.

We then went up to Sonogno, where we were excited to see snow on the ground. We had a delicious lunch in a restaurant, and then enjoyed a walk around the snow-covered village.

We returned home for a rest, and then went out to dinner at a pizza restaurant with the entire Swiss-Perissinotto family! I was very lucky in that all the girls have excellent English, so I needed very little Italian
