I forgot that I spent the day (a few hours) in Zürich. It was quite nice there, but was really expensive. Being the most culturally-refined people, we went to eat at McDonald's whilst we were the. Two medium chips cost just over 7 Swiss Francs. That's something like 6 euros. And that's something like 5 pounds. We were warned that it was pricey there, but I didn't really realise how much so.

We mainly spent the day wandering around looking at things, because we didn't want to spend too much money really.

The mainly exciting things happened whilst we were in the car. On the way home, we had to pull over at the border control and be interrogated by several border control guards. Then they went through our wallets to see how much money we had on us. He asked us what we had bought in Switzerland (which was about ten bars of chocolate, and that was it), and then let us go. We also nearly got smashed into by a man Swiss driver whilst driving home.

It was an experience though.
