Formerly an amusement park called Vikingland Over Easter we visited two places in Skane District in Sweden that we would like to mention in the blog. These two places are not perhaps the most typical of tourist sights. The first one is a former amusement park called Vikingland, or Viking Land if you want the name into English. Vikingland was founded in the early 1970-ies and was a park for both children and for grown-ups. For just over a decade the park was a popular attraction locally and on good days it was visited by thousands of people.
